All content on NearYou - including the design, logo, text, and code - is owned by Ryvex or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
By submitting a listing, you grant Ryvex a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute the listing content on NearYou and in related promotional materials.
You retain ownership of any content you submit.
NearYou is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryvex shall not be liable for:

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
